Initial Consultation
Phone or on - site
During our consultation process we gather all the information from you and try to capture your visualisation of your ideas gathered from either internet or a magazine. But the most important consultation happens on site where we fully understand the space, lighting, outlook and the all-important reason you want a change. It is during this consultation that we talk about what you like and dislike, your style and what lifestyle outcomes you want to achieve.
At this point we will present you with an approximate estimate for your project (over the phone or email).
Concept Presentation
Once you agree a 5% deposit of our estimate
Having got an understanding from you as to what you want, our designer goes to work. This is where the magic happens. We aim to give you lots of choices for tailoring the space to your needs and budget. For example, we can also provide two or three different cost options.
During the concept presentation, you can provide further input. It is understandable you may want to spend more money in one area but save in another. It is still very much a collaborative process. You get to ignite more rockets of desire if you want or to take things out that just aren’t resonating. You are always in control.

Manufacturing
Once you agree a 45% payment of our estimate
At this point, we will do a final site check measure and send your plan with all the detail specification to our preferred manufacture. This is where your dreams and aspiration becomes reality.
At this point we will present you with dates etc for your project, so that you know when to expect things to be in action progress up to completion.
Installation
Design Process
Installation is when all that planning comes to reality, and your dreams become a reality. Once all the cabinetry is Installed and you have gone through with a fine tooth comb, our benchtop guys will be coming to template your benchtop once you agree with a 45% payment of our estimate.
Generally, benchtop takes anywhere between 7 – 10 working days to get installed.
After benchtop installation, other trades – generally electrician and plumbers will finish their part, this could take up to 3-5 working days after benchtop installation.
Handover
Design Process
This is when we come to do a final check and congratulate you on what you have accomplished. At this step, we will take great photos to document the miraculous before and after (yours might be an award-winning project). We will also provide maintenance instructions and, naturally, talk to you about your experience. After that, you get to invite friends and family over to “oooh” and “ahh” over what you have done and how fabulous it looks.
